2024: Infographics (3-week workshop)

Description:

Infographics are a great way to communicate data quickly and often in one glance. They give your audience an opportunity to get an overall ‘snapshot’ of your research and can include data, graphs, images and text.

This three-week Infographics workshop, introduces Graduate Researchers to the key concepts and principles of designing an Infographic, including reviewing samples of the genre, as well as hands-on design.

Infographics can be used to:

·       simplify complex concepts

·       share information quickly

·       create better knowledge recall

·       draw the audience’s attention to an important issue

·       provide a snapshot of a larger picture

·       convey a set of actions or interrelated concepts.

Thursdays 10-12 on Zoom. Dates: November 7, 14, 21.
