Preparing Tender Submissions

Description:

Research tenders can form an important part of a research impact program but the tendering process can be demanding, intense and time-consuming. In deciding whether to submit a bid for a research tender, it's vital to understand how you, your team and Macquarie University are placed to compete in the market. This session covers the components of a Request for Tender (RFT) document, how tender submission are assessed, managing multiple partners, costing, developing a bid strategy, bid plan and a bid response (submission).
