Time Management for Graduate Researchers

Description:

Do you wish you had more time for your research? Do you sometimes get stressed over the multiple deadlines that you face as a graduate researcher, not only in your research thesis project but in the other overlapping areas of your life?

It's not just you. Graduate researchers regardless of their backgrounds often face challenging demands, uncertain research outcomes, and seemingly far-off deadlines of PhD research that can lead to frustration and procrastination.

Guest Speaker: Professor Jen Cornish, Academic Director, Graduate Research in GRA and Professor in the School of Psychology. Jen's depth of academic experience spans teaching, research, leadership, Graduate Research student supervision, and family responsibilities. Share insights and tips she's developed along the way!

In this online workshop you will:

  • Explore how to overcome procrastination
  • Take control of your time
  • Apply proven time management techniques
  • Share strategies and collaborate with other participants
The time management strategies we will explore in this workshop apply not only to graduate research but also build your wider professional and personal well-being.

The zoom link to join this session will be emailed to all registrants the day before the workshop.
