Graduate Diploma Research Welcome 2026

Description:

Four students walking on a path

Commencing students in the Graduate Diploma or Certificate of Research are warmly invited to this Graduate Research Welcome morning-tea, hosted by the Graduate Research Academy (GRA).

This welcome is for students from all four Faculties - join us for a catered morning tea, and meet people from your own department and beyond.

As part of this Welcome, you will:

  • Meet your fellow students beyond your immediate discipline
  • Network and speak with key contacts for your Faculty and Library
  • Gain an overview of the dedicated Research resources and support available to you
  • Optional campus tour following the Welcome with experienced research students who can share their tips, hacks, & secrets!

This Welcome is specifically for Graduate Diploma or Certificate students who commence at the start of Session 1.

If you are a PhD or MPhil student, please join us on 5 March for our 2026 intake Welcome.

Sunflower Use the rego form if there's an accommodation you need for this event. If you need a quieter space, written information, low-light, or other adjustment that will help you get the most out of this event.
