GRDP information session

Description:

In 2024, the Graduate Research Academy (GRA) released the Graduate Researcher Development Program (GRDP), an innovative program designed to enable MQ's graduate researchers to recognise, develop, and articulate the key research competencies valued in both academic and non-academic careers.

This program is built on the new Graduate Research Development Framework (GRDF) (attached), which features the 30 skills, organised into four core skill domains and ten sub-domains, that we believe will prepare graduate researchers for the future. Detailed information about the Framework, including a link to the GRDP, is now available on the student website.

This session explains how to use the GRDP to plan, broaden, enhance, and showcase the skills you or your graduate research students are developing through your graduate research journey at Macquarie!

The session duration is 55 minutes, but a 12-minute overview of the GRDP is also available for staff meetings.
