2021: Australia's Foreign Relations Act - Question & Answer Session

Description:

The Australia's Foreign Relations Act requires Australian universities to report written agreements with foreign entities to the Department of Foriegn Affairs and Trade. These written agreements can be both formal contracts, and informal undertakings agreed to via email correspondence or on message platforms.

Macquarie University has created new processes for complying with the Act.

This is an unstructured question and answer session about the Australia's Foriegn Relations Act and how it relates to your work. It is hosted by the National Security and Defence team in Research Services.
