2021: HDR Training Workshops: Applying Critical Thinking in Research

The workshops aim to foster better understanding in research communications and sharper writing performance for HDR students in social sciences or humanities. Each workshop is comprised of a short lecture, tasks and student interaction. MRes and PhD students are encouraged to attend all workshops or individual workshops in which they are interested. This workshop “Applying Critical Thinking in Research” set the following objectives:

• Evaluating literature in critical perspectives,
• Critiquing studies or theories,
• Asking thought-provoking questions.
