This course will give you the right tools to handle large, multi-page documents, such as your thesis and will be used during all stages of your thesis documentation. Therefore it would be useful for you to attend as soon as possible.

Participants need to bring their own PC to the workshop.

Course participants should note that this workshop does not aim to teach specific MQ department/faculty formatting requirements; rather it will equip you with the skills to format large word documents as required. Participants are encouraged to investigate MQ's repository of past theses on Research Online and discuss their specific requirements with their supervisor.

Please note that this event is not catered, so participants will need to make their own arrangements for lunch & tea breaks.

Because this is a very high demand course,  please only register your attendance if you are able to stay all day, 9:15am sharp - 4pm.

*We also strongly recommend that you have the latest version of Microsoft Office (Office 365)  installed on your computer prior to your course date. The latest version is free for MQ students via this wiki site.*
